I got a room with a super comfy bed, plus a microwave, a fridge, and a dining area - it was really convenient. the location was awesome, close to all the restaurants and shops. I've been staying here on and off for the past 6 months. 🌟

Clean hotel with delicious breakfasts. Top-notch room with climate control, flat-screen television, and a fridge for a really nice stay. Comfortable beds and large bathroom. Location is absolutely perfect, very close to the Holiday Inn Tyler and several restaurants.

Location, simply because I was attending a Teacher Math Workshop at the hotel the next morning.

We had severe thunderstorms start up that night - and we were under a severe thunderstorm warning. I was watching the clouds and rain come rolling in through the sliding glass door of the balcony and part of the pool furniture being blown into the pool. But yet when I called the front desk to ask if they notify those staying there if the weather gets serious - so we can come down stairs - get to safe area etc. They said, "What, you mean the hotel - I said yes and repeated myself - they said Uh No - do you want me to check." I said thats okay, I was just curious - so most of the evening I kept my stuff on the end of the bed ready to grab if it looked like it was getting worse since already under warning - and I was going to go downstairs by stairs and figure out what do do. Apparently they have NO emergency weather plan - how can a hotel in Texas that has severe thunderstorms and tornadoes not have a plan ?? The next morning on the news there were some trees down in a nearby area etc. Also during the warning the lights where flickering for a while - which was pretty scary - being on the top 4th floor of the hotel. I will NOT stay at this location and probably not at a Hilton EVER again. Plus - my husband called the day before my arrival to confirm my room & tell them to not run it through on card I would bring cash - I get there and they had already run it through on card right after they talked to my husband & didn't take the taxes off with my certificate that my school district gave me to get a break on the taxes. SO they charged me FULL price & ran it through costing our checking account $35. The WORST hotel experience EVER.

The rooms here have been recently renovated and are spacious, the staff is extremely friendly, the location is wonderful as it's close to the airport, restaurants, and shopping options in the area.

Comfy location for Tyler, very close to the mall and other shopping stores, all restaurants and shopping in Tyler and the Holiday Inn Tyler-South Broadway family. Delicious breakfast to star a day with waffles, pancakes. Professional staff providing outstanding services😃❤

The hotel was modern. Loved the swimming pool view from our double room. Everything was perfectly fine. We got a room with a bath. Location: the venue was just next door to many restaurants and shopping.

The hotel was modern and conveniently located in Tyler, close to a softball tournament with 30 players and near all restaurants and shopping. The hotel is just 1 mile from Andy's Frozen Custard, offering quick-service food. The double room we stayed in was well-maintained.

The room was equipped with a microwave, fridge, and dining area, which we greatly enjoyed. the hotel's location was fantastic, only a 10-15 minute walk from Times Square Grand Slam Movie Theater.

The room is updated, well-maintained, and includes climate control, a flat-screen television, and a fridge. the location is convenient, just 1 mile from Broadway Square Mall. the area is pretty, with all restaurants and shopping close by. the facilities are clean, and there's a shuttle to and from the airport. Good parking is available as well.
